The Sultan of Swing is heading to the big screen.
A biopic on Wasim Akram is in the works. Titled Akram: An Era, the film got its first teaser which shows this will be a movie for cricket lovers.
The teaser ends with a note about how auditions will open after PSL, which leads us to believe that this is more of an announcement for the biopic rather than a teaser.
The film is being helmed by Addeel Niazi and is being made under 502 Productions and Pomelo Films.
