There is no escape without acceptance.

In life, a person truly gets free from stress and worries when he has the will to accept the problems and issues and ready to face them. You either accept & stay at peace; or deny the acceptance & harm your own mental stability.
It has been observed that most of the people in the world don’t easily accept their problems, but yearn to escape from them. However, true escape is achieved after enduring acceptance.

Admitting failures is one step ahead towards success.

Putting yourself down won’t help you move forward. No one should bully themselves for being flawed humans. So, when you come face to face with one of your weaknesses, don’t feel embarrassed. Figure out how to turn that weakness into one of your strengths. As a mistake is an opportunity in disguise.

Rather than hiding from your failures by escaping reality, face them directly. Identify your mistake, why you made it, and then learn from it.
