A woman appearing to be extremely weak blames L’Oréal for her condition. She says that the brand caused her physical and mental distress. On the other hand, L’Oréal has not yet commented on the allegation.
Social media was certainly divided over the issue. Some thought it was an allergic reaction that had nothing to do with the product itself while others said they had never considered any inconvenience at the hands of their favourite brand.
“Wtf…how are they getting away with this?” wrote a user. Another user defended the brand with an explanation,
“Classic case of chemical allergy leading to symptoms of anaphylactic shock. Can happen to anyone anytime. Always do a patch test on your elbow 24 hours before just to be sure even if you have used the same brand before. You can develop allergies to things you were never allergic to. I’m a pharmacist and had dyed hair for more than a decade.”
