Nursing is a noble profession but unfortunately there is a major issue, find out why!

According to a recent report in the USA, the rate of suicide is increasing and it’s alarming. We all know being a nurse is not an easy job.  And it’s the fastest-growing occupation in the US.

Nurses around the world help patients and assist them which is such a noble thing to do, I always felt that they are not much appreciated and are always underpaid. This recent report is heartbreaking as we witness these suicides are increasing day by day.

These nurses often face physical and verbal abuse but they seem to be helpless when it comes to safeguarding their rights. Working long hours and not being appreciated for what they do is really sad.

According to researchers, these deaths are due to stress and depression and other humiliation which the nurses have to face.  Due to these issues, suicides have taken a boom in this profession.

Often the Nurses face financial issues and to overcome they have to work overtime. It was reported that few nurses stated that they get so busy and don’t even have time to eat sometimes.

There should be a department formed in the hospital which should safeguard the wellbeing of these nurses. These nurses help others, though they are being paid they face so much abuse and patients come and treat them badly. The least we could do is treat them with courtesy.
