The perfect cup.


Winters are here and it’s the season for warm, soulful and delicious drinks. 

We all need a tonic that keeps us fit and energised this winter and I have just the trick.

Take two cups of water and boil it. 

Add cinnamon sticks, a little ginger, 2 cloves and if you like, feel free to add some chamomile or lavender petals. 

Boil this until you get a nice warm colour. 

Serve it after mixing in some honey and voila!

Your hot and delicious drink is ready. 

Not only will this soothe your soul from deep within but keep you safe from the cold and flu season. 

Enjoy it and make it your go to winter tonic!
