Ramdan fitness frenzy

Ramadan is here and that means it’s time to fast and focus on prayer. But what about our workout routine? How can we maintain our workout schedule during this holy month?

Well, it’s not easy, but it’s absolutely possible and worth it. First things first, you gotta plan your workouts around your fasting schedule. It’s best to hit the gym after breaking the fast at sunset or before suhoor in the early morning. That way you can avoid getting dehydrated and feeling like a zombie during your workouts.

But hey, don’t push yourself too hard. Listen to your body and take a break if you’re feeling too tired or weak. I’m sure nobody wants to pass out in the middle of the gym.

Now let’s talk about hydration. During non-fasting hours, make sure to drink plenty of water or any drinks that helps you feel hydrated. And don’t forget to have a balanced diet too. Eat plenty of healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, and proteins. Stay away from those sugary and processed foods that will just make you feel slow.

If you’re not feeling up for a full-on crazy gym session, it’s cool too. You can still stay active by doing light activities like walking or stretching. It’s all about finding a routine that works for you and your body during this holy month.

So there you have it folks, some tips on maintaining your workout routine during Ramadan. It’s not gonna be easy, but with some planning and listening to your body, you can still stay active and healthy during this time.
