Having a heartache ? Or pain in chest ? Do you know the reason behind why hearts do feel heavy ? You start feeling like there’s some heavy weight on your chest or someone is trying to choke you hard, as if you are drowning but there is no one to save you from it. See, we all have those days in our lives when we don’t really feel ourselves, we don’t feel the best version, or okay, in fact during those days we are fighting to even get out of our beds, it gets that hard. All these things happen when you are going through depression, or anxiety or when you are having panic attacks, thats when you feel your heart sinking badly.
Well I think its okay not to feel okay sometimes. When you hold on to your emotions for a long time you start feeling like going in severe depression. Its like feeling all your traumas and feeling numb. I would suggest you all to give yourself some time when you are in such situation. Let yourself breathe. Don’t burden yourself much, just keep going with the flow.
