Another heartbreaking announcement came from the family of Ayberk Pekcan, alias Artuk Bey, that the actor had died of lung cancer after a protracted battle.
In the historical serial Diriis Ertugrul, the actor portrayed Artuk Bey, Ertugrul Bey’s right-hand man.
Pekcan will be sent off on his final journey tomorrow in his hometown of Mersea.
Because of his partnership with the protagonist, Ayberk’s character is admired by millions of Ertugrul fans.

The actor was just 51 and his friends supported him well in his constant struggle but he could not make it unfortunately.
