- Have a lot of fluids-juices, water etc.! In order to keep your body hydrated because the more you sweat the more hydration you lose
- Avoid caffeine- it may act as diuretics leading to promoting dehydration
- Manage time- try to complete your outdoor tasks when the heat is at its lowest.
- Be aware of the symptoms of heat related sickness! Such as dizziness or fainting.
- Use light weight and airy clothing in order to avoid heat rashes that are merely causes due to excessive sweat
- Make sure to incorporate sunscreen in your Daily routine to avoid burns.
- Take care of your blood pressure! Losing sweat means losing electrolytes that leads to drop in your blood pressure !
