Finding the best nude lipstick has always been a forever struggle. Internet sensation Kylie Jenner who owns one of the companies. Kylie Cosmetics, has recently released a new Lip Kit dubbed “Brown Sugar.” It’s not just any other Lip Kit, because this time around, Kylie had every woman of color in mind.
“BROWN SUGAR! I finally achieved the perfect nude for darker skin tones. I love this shade,” Kylie captioned her Insta photo when she announced the new shade.

“As a black girl with a deeper complexion, I feel like nude lippies are the hardest to find. Kylie’s ‘Brown Sugar’ seems to be long-lasting and smells amazing, but I wouldn’t purchase it. It’s more of a rich tan than it is a nude and does not work for darker woman with more golden undertones like myself. It may work if paired with a darker brown liner, but it’s definitely not the perfect nude for all dark-skinned women.”
