General Motors is expanding the number of highways where its hands-free driver assistance feature, Super Cruise, can be used.
The automaker announced on Wednesday that Super Cruise will work on an additional 70,000 miles of highways in the US and Canada by the end of 2019, building on the 130,000 compatible highway miles where it’s already available. The expansion comes as GM is looking to spread Super Cruise to all new Cadillac models and to other models outside the luxury brand after that.
