Ronaldo made 34 sponsored posts on Instagram over the year – raking in £38.2m for his efforts. That boils down to a bank-busting £780,000-per-post for the much-loved Portuguese winger.
The Portuguese footballer has 194 million followers on Instagram and shares pictures of his sporting success, family and workouts earning him £38.2million ($47.8million) in 2019. The father-of-four signed a four-year contract with Italian Juventus Football Club last year and captains the Portuguese national team.
Model Kendall Jenner was the highest-paid woman on the list, in fourth place, with a total earning of £12.7million ($15.9million) from the site. She even beat her 22-year-old sister, Kylie, who earned £3million ($3.8million) this year by promoting her beauty range and sharing adorable pictures of her daughter.
The company hailed David Beckham as the highest paid British star on the rich list for his posts to his 59.9million followers.
