But i have always asked this question, does this really works ?
So here the real deal, Hot water with lemon in and of itself does not cause any actual weight loss, however, if we replace a beverage that is higher in calories, like coffee with sugar or fruit juice and that results in a calorie deficit, then it can help you lose weight.
Our body is hafly surviving on water, Staying hydrated throughout the day helps to curb any unnecessary snacking, which will help you shed some weight. So is you add lemon in water than you are just adding flavour and its benefit and still getting hydrated.
But lemon is acidic in nature and if you have any issues related to acidic products than you should avoid lemon water.
So now you know it doesn’t add any other benefits or lose weight, its just the fact that the more you stay hydrated the more fit you be.
