Fundraising banned in Pakistan’s capital city

Islamabad administration has banned fund raising or charity collection in federal capital.

A notification in this regard was issued by the ICT District Magistrate on Thursday.

He has imposed section 144 and prohibited fund raising or charity collection by social, welfare, political, and religious organizations which are under the watch list.

This order shall remain in force for the period of two months from the issuance of the notification.
