The batch of donations of 500,000 masks and 50,000 testing kits from the Jack Ma Foundation has arrived in Karachi on Wednesday as the first part of a series of emergency supplies.
As being reported, the much-needed medical supplies will be transported and distributed throughout the country by the National Disaster Management Authority.
Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah was at the Karachi airport to receive the supplies.
He received the donations from EhsanSaya, MD Daraz on behalf of Jack Ma Foundation and Ali Baba Group Foundation on 25th March at Jinnah Int. Airport.

Jack Ma, the Chinese billionaire founder of online retailer Ali Baba, has been on a mission to provide free supplies to countries battling the coronavirus.
The donation was announced on Twitter by the Chinese Consul General in Karachi Li Bijian.

Jack Ma and his foundation have pledged to donate millions of emergency supplies to countries in Asia to help aid in the battle against coronavirus.
