Junoon, Boney M and Fawad Khan will be rocking the crowd at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium tonight.
Other performers who will be lighting up the stage include Young Desi, Aima Baig and Shuja Haider.
American rapper Pitbull, who was also scheduled to perform at the opening ceremony, late Wednesday night said he would be unable to make it to Dubai due to flight troubles.
Following the opening ceremony defending champions Islamabad United will play the inaugural match of PSL 4 against Lahore Qalandars.

The opening ceremony starts at 8.45pm Pakistan Standard Time.
PSL 4 will feature 30 league matches and run for over a month from February 14 to March 17. It will see six teams – Peshawar Zalmi, Quetta Gladiators, Karachi Kings, Multan Sultans, Lahore Qalandars, and Islamabad United in action.
