The much awaited Season 3 of Karachi Tape ball Premiere League is here!
The grand drafting and trophy unveiling ceremony truly lit up Karachi with it’s brilliant execution by Badar Expo Solutions and bringing Zohair Naseer’s vision to life. Zohair has made remarkable efforts towards the creation of spaces for the youth and introducing recreational activities which have the potential to serve as an excellent platform towards the career of many young sportsmen.
Karachi, 21st November 2023 – The Karachi Tape ball Premier League (KTPL) is gearing up for an exhilarating Season 3, commenced with a grand soft launch ceremony and drafting event on November 21st at Karachi Expo Centre Hall 6.
The prestigious occasion was graced by the esteemed Chief Guest, Muhammad Kamran Khan Tessori, the Governor of Sindh. Celebrities including Sarfaraz Ahmed, Kainat Imtiaz along with other squad members participated and supported the event.
The league boasts a formidable lineup of eight teams, each backed by influential owners: Clifton Popular, owned by Imran Ali Roshan, Director Popular Group of Industries; Malir Malangs, owned by Zafar Abbas, General Secretary, JDC; Johar Jawans, owned by Muzammil Ather, Business Head, M&P; DHA Dabanggs, owned by Danish Khan, CEO, DK Events; North Nawabs, owned by Zeeshan Salim Zaki, Saima Mall & Residency; Karachi Knights, owned by Raja, SSU, Gulshan Gohar, owned by Hanif Gohar, CEO, Gohar Group of Companies; and Lyari Legends, owned by Haris Ali Mithani.
The league has garnered significant support from cricket legends, including Javed Miandad, and key figures such as Sadiq Muhammed, Vice President KTPL, Haroon Rasheed, Vice President KTPL, and Tauseef Ahmed, Vice President KTPL. Adding to the excitement, the league proudly announces legendary cricketer Shahid Khan Afridi as its ambassador.
KTPL Season 3 is set to enthrall cricket enthusiasts with matches scheduled from December 1st to December 16th at the prestigious Moin Khan Cricket Academy, DHA. The league promises a captivating showcase of talent, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
