A young father in Dubai, asked for plateful of Biryani, before having his cancer-affected stomach surgically removed.
Ghulam Abbas, an engineer employed in Dubai, was diagnosed with staged-three stomach cancer, after complaining sudden weight loss and vomiting.
Post consultation, Ghulam chose removal of stomach as remedy to beat death.
According to doctors, the body after stomach is gone works it’s way to bypass the loss, and moves food consumed to small intestine.
But until the small intestine adapts to breaking down food , the patient after the surgery, will be put on liquid diet.
Ghulam has a one-and-a-half-year-old son and a six-year-old daughter.
Stomach cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer deaths worldwide.
