LAHORE: Former Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has been released from Kot Lakhpat Jail, Lahore on 6-week bail for medical treatment within Pakistan.
Yesterday, SC grants bail to Nawaz Sharif!
A large number of PML-N leaders and workers were present in front of jail to welcome him. Nawaz was released from jail at 1:00 am. All supporters chanted slogans and showered flowers on their leader ‘Nawaz Sharif’.
Those who were present in front of jail to welcome Nawaz were Senator Mushadullah Khan, Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, Bilal Yasin, Imran Nazir and others.
PML-N President Shahbaz Sharif had reached Raiwind to receive his brother at home where Maryam Nawaz Sharif along with other family members was also present and waiting.
