Former PM Nawaz Sharif was spotted at a London restaurant dining with Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders including Ishaq Dar, Shehbaz Sharif, his sons Hussain and Hassan Nawaz, and others.
The photo from the spot started to circulate on social media and was not received well back in Pakistan. As Mr. Nawaz Sharif was granted bail on medical grounds to get treatment abroad.
Among many criticizing over the photo, also includes Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry who took to social media taunting at Nawaz Sharif for dining out in London.
In a twitter post, he wrote, “Scenes of a meeting in the intensive care unit of a London hospital, the treatment for binge-eating is underway with sheer concentration, all patients are feeling better”.

On the other hand, after looking at the viral photo, Punjab Health Minister Dr. Yasmin Rashid according to the news source has called Sharif’s personal physician Dr. Adnan Khan and asking him to forward the former premier’s latest medical reports to the Punjab government.
Meanwhile, Hussain Nawaz, Nawaz Sharif’s son has spoken to media labeling the photo of being politicized.
Trying to clear the air, he said that his father came out of the house for a walk upon the insistence of the family members.
He also added that Nawaz Sharif is likely to undergo a cardiac procedure within a week.
