Netflix is ready to give us some nightmares with their new French horror series ‘Marrianne’. It is arriving on Netflix on 13th September.
However, the story is about a novelist named Emma who starts to get haunted by a ghost which she created. Sounds crazy right? She returns to her hometown to confront her past which will be more horrid than the stories she created.
You may think it is all in her head but then trailer shows us that witch who haunts Emma and all the horror incidents which occur can not just be in the head. We will just have to wait and see.
The witch’s name is Marrianne who haunts Emma. She seems to be controlled by Emma’s writings. The trailer of the show can reveal a terrifying woman who is firm at haunting Emma.
So she says, ‘I’m warning you, I will punish you, and I always keep my promises,’ she declares.
This line is giving us chills. The show is definitely going to be frightening and we are waiting.
A dead body is found in the woods and a woman has herself as we watched in the trailer. Therefore, Marrianne definitely isn’t lying about her promises is she?
The series is written by the Samuel Bodin who is a director as well. Victoire Du Bois is starring in the show as Emma.
