New trailer for Netflix’s “The Irishman” is already a hit

The new trailer for Netflix’s highly anticipated film The Irishman debuted on Wednesday.

Martin Scorsese’s highly anticipated said to have cost upwards of $140 million (USD), which is said to be his biggest crime date ever.

The film is based on a book called ‘I Heard You Paint Houses’ by Charles Brandt, story follows WWII veteran Frank Sheeran, a real-life hitman who was allegedly involved in the infamous disappearance of union boss Jimmy Hoffa, which is a mystery that remains unsolved to this day.

With all star cast which includes Robert De Niro as Frank Sheeran, a World War II veteran who became a mob hitman, Al Pacino as Jimmy Hoffa and Joe Pesci as Russell Bufalino.

This film is said be Netflix’s best card for Oscars, as the story takes place over the course of multiple decades, director Martin Scorsese and his team have employed expensive and cutting-edge de-aging technology to make some of its cast appear up to 30 years younger in certain sections of the film.

The Irishman premieres at the New York Film Festival on September 27th. While theatrical release is also promised, let see how long it will be hold as its Netflix policy to serve it for streaming service when it releases.
