Just because someone likes to explore and stay on their feet most of the times; travelling, does not mean they are lost. Some people prefer to live a nomadic life with no fixed abode. The whole world is their home. Where ever the journey takes them, there is solitude for them.
A wanderer can be physically lost for the spectators but he is always in the right place mentally and emotionally. Little by little, one travels far. The ones who wander without an aim are lost, on the contrary, wandering is always fruitful for those whose journey has an end goal. If you do not have a goal to chase and you just wander aimlessly through life you will in fact start feeling lost at a point. To make this wandering beneficial for you, it is must to have a purpose as you move along.
Sometimes we crave for a break from the hustle and bustle of our lives and the busy schedule we have adapted ourselves to. It gets really difficult to cope up with everything passing by the day and this is when a little wandering comes in handy. You can take a short time out from your busy life for an escape that would help you relax your mind and body and maybe, you would find a purpose if you had been lost for some time.
There are days when we need our own sweet “me time” to reset our mental, emotional and physical states. The days, where we feel lost despite standing the strongest and facing some of our most feared challenges, that is when we need to pack our bags and go wander. Not only to refresh everything but to find yourself back again.
They say not all who wander are lost and that is because sometimes in the process of losing yourself you find the best version of you! However, this wandering is not always physical, it can be spiritual as well but let’s leave it for another time…
