It’s been over a month since the Indian government renounced Article 370 and forced a lockdown in Kashmir. Raising his voice against the barbarities, Prime Minister Imran Khan reported not long ago that he will address a jalsa in Muzaffarabad on Friday (September 13, 2019), in solidarity with the individuals of Kashmir.
In a Twitter post, Imran Khan composed that a “major jalsa” was so as to “make an impression on the world about the proceeding with attack of [Indian involved Jammu and Kashmir] IoJK by Indian Occupation powers; [and] to demonstrate the Kashmiris that Pakistan stands unfalteringly with them”. This declaration came a day after Pakistan asked the global network “not to stay unconcerned with the unfurling catastrophe” at the continuous session of the United Nation Human Rights Council (UNHRC) in Geneva.
While numerous superstars including Shaan Shahid and Sahir Ali Bagga among others took to online life to help the jalsa in Kashmir, numerous craftsmen traveled to Muzaffarabad on Prime Minister’s call going along with him at the solidarity rally.
Humayun Saeed took to Instagram yesterday and transferred an image of himself alongside veteran entertainer Jawed Sheik, cricketer Shahid Afridi, on-screen characters Maya Ali and Hareem Farooq and others. “On our approach to Kashmir on Prime Minister Imran Khan’s call. Will go along with him at his huge jalsa today in solidarity with our siblings and sisters in Kashmir,” he subtitled the image.
