Sindh government on Monday announced a public holiday across the province on Thursday, April 4, to mark the 40th death anniversary of Pakistan People’s Party founder and former Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.A notification has been issued in this regard.
According to the notification, all the government offices, autonomous, semi-autonomous bodies, corporations and local councils under the administrative control of the province will remain closed on April 4. Pakistan Muslim League (PML) President and former Prime Minister Ch Shujat Hussain and Speaker Punjab Assembly Ch Parvez Elahi expressed their heartfelt condolence over demise of father of Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar.
Speaker Ch Parvez Elahi telephoned Sardar Usman Buzdar and expressing heartfelt sorrow and grief over demise of his father Sardar Fateh Muhammad Buzdar on behalf of his family said that we share shore your grief sand sorrow, late Sardar Fateh Muhammad Buzdar was a great gentleman and our families have old relations.He also prayed for eternal rest in peace for the departed soul and solace and patience for the bereaved family.
