It’s survival of the fittest: Kubra Khan on coronavirus

In the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, actor Kubra Khan has taken to social media with a warning and health advice for her fans.

The Conversations star advised everybody to take precautionary measures against the outbreak of the dangerous virus, which is affecting many people around the world.

In a serious and lengthy note on Instagram, Kubra wrote, “About a month ago all of us were dealing with different kinds of problems, emotional problems, financial problems.”

“We’ve all gone back to the beginning, simply trying to survive. Life can take a turn at any point, this time it has for all of us together. We literally are in this together, but for us to get through this we need to take this seriously. I see a lot of people laughing this off, it’s not a joke.”

The Alif star continued to talk about the notion of survival during the outbreak. “People have and are dying because of it. I can’t stress enough. Please take this seriously. This is in real term survival of the fittest.”

Kubra also took a moment to impart some words of wisdom on how to look after your health for the best chances of survival, although the actor was sure to mention that her advice has ‘no guarantees.’

“Take your daily vitamins, strengthen your immune system,” she began her health tips with. “Wash hands often, use hand sanitisers, wear masks and gloves when outside, keep in check with body temperature, eat clean, exercise at home and Lastly, the toughest one for many, self isolate.”

Kubra concluded, “In the end, there are no guarantees, but the least we can do is take precautions for ourselves, our family and friends. Agay Allah Malik hai.”
