Telenor all set to sell Alibaba’s cloud computing products in Pakistan!

Telenor Pakistan, the country’s leading telecom and digital services provider has partnered with Alibaba Cloud, the cloud computing arm of Alibaba Cloud products and services in Pakistan.

The signing ceremony took place at Telenor Pakistan Headquarters ‘345’ where Dr. Alex Li, General Manager, South Asia of Alibaba Cloud and Sardar Mohammad Abu Bakr, Chief Digital & Strategy officer at Telenor Pakistan and the ceremony concluded by sealing the partnership.

Alibaba Cloud, also known as Aliyun, is a Chinese cloud computing company, a subsidiary of Alibaba Group. Alibaba Cloud provides cloud computing services to online businesses and Alibaba’s own e-commerce ecosystem. Alibaba Cloud’s international operations are register and headquartered in Singapore

Dr. Alex Li (General Manager – South-Asia of Alibaba Cloud) quoted:

“We are happy to partner with one of Pakistan top digital service providers for distribution of our suite of cloud products and services in the country.”
