WHAT IS THE REASON BEHIND BEING LETHARGIC ?

What being Lethargic actually means ? Well, Lethargic means being very lazy and slow, sluggish type, It is the feeling of being lazy all the time, having lack of physical and mental motivation and energy. There are few symptoms of knowing that you are feeling lethargic, you will see drastic change in your mood, your body will start feeling weak, and lazy. Lethargic is basically caused by lack of water intake that is dehydration, lack of sleep, and it could be because of jet lag too.

The only reason you will stop feeling Lethargic is when you will start taking care of yourself personally and mentally. Try to sleep on time, try to have good intake of water so that you don’t feel dehydrated and low all the time. Because exhaustion and tiredness that goes on for a very long time is not good. It can affect your ability to get on and enjoy your life.
