What you do for an unhealthy skin?

There are a few basic and very common reasons as to why we have unhealthy skin and why it keeps breaking out? We use good face washes and amazing face creams but still our skin doesn’t glow and it still break out. I’ll mention a few pointers which you need to take into account and stop doing all that at once for better and healthier skin.

Avoid drinking water: Water is considered to be 70% portion of your body for a reason, that’s because it is very important for us to keep us going and detoxes all the toxins from our body keeping our skin hydrated and healthy with a fresh look on face at all times.

Not removing your makeup while sleeping: Why do you have to put on so much makeup when you can’t wash it off on time? What is the point of not removing makeup when you are going to bed? Makeup consists of thousands of chemicals which are NOT good for your skin for more than 12 hours a day and it will make your pores clog, your skin will start to breakout and you can get severe acne. Please wash your face before sleeping.

Using a product which doesn’t suit your skin: There are trillions of makeup products and brands in the market, why choose the one which doesn’t suit you? Know your skin type, know your skin preference, know your allergies and then pick a product which doesn’t harm your skin. If a product works out well for your best friend does NOT mean that it will work out just the same for you as well.

Not washing your pillow cover/ or using dirty towels: You might be wondering how exactly is a pillow cover connected to your skin? Yes, it does because you sleep on it. When you put your face onto the same pillow cover which is filled with germs and not washed, how will your skin breathe? How can your skin not react to the dirt particles in your pillow cover and towel? It will, so make sure you wash everything you put onto your face be it directly or indirectly.
