Motivation! Everyone hopes to peruse their aspirations but don’t often find the “motivation” to do so. What really is meant by ‘’motivation”? 

The word basically refers to finding the energy and building a momentum within yourself every single day to achieve your tasks and stay consistent at it! 

Here are a few tips how you could keep yourself motivated; 

  • Set small but new goals-have a thought about what is it that you want to achieve in the upcoming week, month or year! 
  • Check and balance-make sure to keep your progress in check, achieving your goals boosts you and increases motivation 
  • Be around positive people- be arounf those who talk positively and enhance your mind. Those who push you to do better 
  • Incorporate physical activity- having some kind of exercise throughout the day helps you stay away from negative thoughts and anxiety ! 
  • Don’t be hard on yourself- never overdo yourself. If you need a break, take it!
