The National Cricket Team of Pakistan has been making rounds on media after winning matches one after another for the Women’s Asia Cup 2022. Women in green have been playing so well and setting an example for the entire country with their hardwork and constant wins.
The squad comprises of, Bismah Maroof, Aymen Anwar, Aliya Riaz, Ayesha Naseem, Diana Baig, Kainat Imtiaz, Muneeba Ali, Nida Dar, Omaima Sohail, Sadaf Shamas, Sadia Iqbal, Sidra Ameen, Sidra Nawaz, Tuba Hassan and Fatima Sana.
The squad has won matches against Bangladesh, SriLanka, UAE, India, Thailand and Malaysia.
Cricket might not be the national game of Pakistan but is surely followed religiously and loved by more than half of the country’s population. Pakistanis don’t treat cricket like a sport, it’s more of an emotion that never dies down in spirits.
