Aadat singer gets tax notice worth millions!

The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has sent tax notice worth Rs58 million to Internationally reknowned Pakistani musician Atif Aslam.

Aadat singer after auditing his income, the FBR allegedly sent him 58 million tax notices.

The musician has been given a month to clear the dues.

According to reports, it was said that if failed to submit the tax within a month, his bank accounts will be frozen and the FBR will recover the tax from his frozen accounts.

To all those who find this new, This is not the first time that an artist has come on the radar of FBR.

In October 2020, the Federal Board of Revenue launched an investigation into singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan’s sources of income.
