Do not let smoking effect your life!

Smoking is one of the most deadliest addiction one could ever get. It leads you to poor health outcome. Smoking causes about 90% of all lung cancer deaths. More women die from lung cancer each year than from breast cancer. Smoking causes about 80% of all deaths from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Cigarette smoking increases risk for death from all causes be it in men or women. Smoking can affect and cause shortness of breathe and coughing. Nearly one billion people smoke. It also makes your physical appearance look ugly like yellow teeth, bad breath and aged skin.

Nowadays it has become so common to smoke up a cigarette, specially for the teenagers. It has become a really bad habit . Smoking cigarettes shorten your life span eventually. The main reason of Lung Cancer is tobacco and cigarettes. Even it’s smoke is too dangerous and harmful.
The best way to avoid getting sick from smoking is to never start. If you do smoke, quitting as soon as possible can prevent or reverse health problems. Without smoking, you can live longer, improve your sense of smell and taste, look healthy, feel better and reduce the risk of getting sick.
