A hotel in Dublin has been praised for its treatment of a Muslim guest who was fasting for Ramadan.
This month, Muslims around the globe are observing Ramadan, a period of deep spiritual reflection and fasting that takes place every year.
A guest of the Ibis Dublin asked the hotel for a snack before he began his fast in the morning.
But when he went down in the middle of the night, he found that the hotel had laid out a full breakfast buffet for him.
At 2.30am, he was the only person there, according to his colleague Hemant, who posted about the gesture on Twitter.
