How to celebrate Valentines Day?

Valentine’s Day 2022: Alone at home with your partner this Valentine’s Day? From movie marathon to cooking together, there’s a lot you can do from the comforts of your home.

Valentine’s Day 2022: Valentine’s Day (February 14) is quickly approaching, and whether you’re enjoying it alone, with your partner, friends, or family, it’s the ideal time to express your love and make your loved one feel special. However, if you are unable to leave your home due to the epidemic, you may still accomplish a lot by engaging in a variety of pleasant and thoughtful activities with your significant other.

  1. Unwind with a movie marathon: If you both enjoy movies and have a few favourites in common, this is the perfect day to binge on some mushy rom-coms or series that will warm your heart. Order your favourite munchies and spend time together.
  2. Have a picnic at home: If you want to spend some quality time with your significant other, have a picnic on your balcony, in your backyard, or even in your living room. Put your most comfortable cushions and mattresses on the floor, throw out a gorgeous bed sheet and a gourmet feast, and decorate a little. A little background music will set the mood for you to talk about anything and everything with your partner. If you add a board or card game to the mix, you’ve got yourself a wonderful indoor date.
  3. Cook together: Make your partner’s favourite dinner from scratch, but make sure it’s just the two of you so you can focus on the food and the discussion. You might even enrol together in a cooking masterclass to cook up a storm in the kitchen. It’s a fantastic way to experience a new cuisine while also delegating tasks and producing something tasty that you can both be pleased of at the end. Even if you don’t, you’ll have a nice laugh.
