It has been reported that within the last 24 hours more than 300 cases have been recorded of people infected with Covid-19 in Sindh. At least 327 more people infected with Covid-19 in Sindh over the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of cases to 464,896.
According to data of the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), while the number of positive cases was on the decline in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, the cases were on the rise in Sindh and Balochistan.
Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said in a statement that coronavirus death toll reached 7,530 after one more patient succumbed to the disease. As many as 446,400 patients have also defeated the contagious disease in the province, he added.
Although amid the vaccinations in Pakistan the Covid cases have drastically decreased, and life is some what getting back to normal. Schools and educational institutes are now operating 5 days a week and business are open throughout the week. We as a nation have to fulfil our responsibility as a responsible citizen and follow SOPs.
