Whenever you feel down and anxious because of stress. Sit back, relax and have some chocolate. Watch all you worries wash away. It contains valeric acid, a relaxant and tranquilliser found naturally in valerian root, and although not so great for the waistline, the sugar in chocolate may also reduce stress.
