Try these simple 5 breast cancer-prevention tips to be your healthiest self:

Eat a Cancer-Fighting Diet: 

To reduce your risk of cancer, look no further, try to avoid pesticide grown fruits and vegetables. Eat more greens and fruits in your daily routine, like  Broccoli, Raspberries, Tomatoes, Walnuts and Garlic.

Stay active and healthy: 

Stand more, sit less. Try to walk half an hour a day. Do cardio and go for hikes so you can burn fat and have a healthy active mind. The more your body is active and fit, the more it can fit the disease virus.

Give your body rest, sleep:

Sleep deprivation classified as getting less than 7 hours of sleep a night, has been linked to a host of diseases including Alzheimer’s, cancer, diabetes, obesity, heart disease, stroke, hyperglycaemic. Try to sleep straight and avoid sleeping on one side of body for much long.
