British police are chasing for the robbers who snatched 5 million pounds ($6.6 million) worth of Apple items from iPhones to watches and who tied up a driver and safety officer during a truck heist in central England.
The criminals focused on the truck on a slip street to the M1 motorway in Northamptonshire last Tuesday night, tying up the driver and gatekeeper whom they abandoned before they took the vehicle to close-by an industrial estate.
No weapons were used in the heist, and although the driver and security guard sustained minor injuries while being tied up, they were not hurt.
