It was the most-anticipated movie of 2018. And then 2019, and now 2020.
Well, our patience is running thin. We’ve been waiting forever now for the Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan starrer The Legend of Maula Jatt. Yet, we are still no closer to knowing when it will hit the big screens.
A fan recently took matters into his own hands and wrote on social media to the team of the all-star movie. “Dear Ammara, when is the movie going to be released?” he asked the producer, Ammara Hikmat, after the official account of the movie on Twitter posted the umpteen teaser.

While Hikmat didn’t reply, her fellow colleague, actor Gohar Rasheed, who features in the film, responded, and that too with the same question. “Kill the suspense,” he wrote to the producer of his film, “bata du aab bas?”
