No Bad Vibes, honey.

Have you ever come across people that seem extremely nice but may not have a clear intention for you within their hearts? Someone who tries to sabotage you behind your back and pretends to be a friend in front of the world?

Well, you are not alone.

In life, we often cross paths with such individuals who may seem a certain way but also not be healthy to be around. These people disguise themselves as “friends” and usually try to degrade or defame you for their self satisfaction.

Instead of giving a biased opinion, I spoke to a few people and asked them what they do to protect their energy from such individuals. Here is what they have to say:

“I distance myself from them and maintain silence”.

“Cut off contact”.

“Don’t trust anything they say or engage with them so that they cannot mess with my emotional well being”.

“Always get to know them better before making them a part of your life”.

“Establish boundaries and don’t share your personal details”.

“Avoid their shit and put yourself first”.

I mean, all these statements seem quite strong and sensible when it comes to guarding your personal space and not letting negative people impact you.

Such people are usually habitual liars, manipulators and have no remorse regarding their actions. Not only do they create trouble for self satisfaction, but they feel like they are obliged to stir up situations which may not even be correlated to them directly.

My advice? Call them out, step back and let them spread their poison elsewhere. Engaging with such people often causes distress and girl, we don’t need all those bad vibes in 2023.

Sis, you take your nasty aura somewhere else and let us vibe out.

Until next time.
