Here is what you need to make Nutella Sandwich Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Nutella ( keep extra 1/2 cup for the sandwich)
- 1egg
- 4cups self raising flour ( 4 cups all purpose flour, 2tbsp baking powder and 1 tsp salt)
Add all of these together. Preheat the oven to 180C. Line 2 baking trays with greaseproof paper. Add 1 cup Nutella, egg and flour in a bowl and mix well. Roll tbsp of the dough into balls and place them on the baking sheet, 5cm apart. Push down with the back of the spoon to flatten. Bake the cookies for 8-10 mins , might take them out and let them cool. Once the cookies have cooled down, sandwich them together with extra Nutella in between.
