Priyanka Chopra talks about her beauty and wellness routine.

Priyanka doesn’t start her day with coffee rather she has started to keep a copper glass next to her, on the bed side table. She pours water in it and leaves it overnight. As the container is made up of copper according to her it seeps good qualities in the water and boosts immune system, nerves and bones. After that she takes her usual coffee and goes to her normal routine.

She is all about good skin and if you have a flawless skin know that you’ll also have a flawless makeup. You can wear little to no makeup too if your skin is glowing and healthy. Your foundation application will be so smooth as well. According to Chopra, it’s vital to properly take off the makeup at the end of the, there should absolutely remain no mascara residue on the lashes. You should always remove your mascara first with a makeup remover then opt for a face wash. Priyanka uses Shiseido makeup remover, which according to her is super gentle on the skin and removes all makeup.

Currently she has revealed that she uses Angustinus Bader face wash. After which she applies serum. Her go-to serum is 11 skin serum and eye cream. Also she uses a touch of perfume after which she goes to bed.

She loves taking facials and tries to take at least two twice a month. She drinks tones of water and tells us how she always has a bottle in her bag. Other than that, 7-8 hours of sleep is super necessary for her and when you do that you’ll for sure see a huge difference in your skin.

Foundation is a personal preference. She use a lot and some use just a pump of it. Priyanka uses foundation just for the problematic areas so for that she uses Max Factor’s facefinity all day flawless foundation. It’s a 3 in 1 primer, a concealer as well as liquid foundation. According to her you don’t need much touch-ups throughout the day and it feels light on the skin.

Given an option of which icon she’d be for a night then she’d be like Beyonce or Serena Williams because she thinks that’s something she’d never be able to do or become.

Her ultimate evening look would be just as easy as her day look. According to her my night out moment would involve prominent lashes so she likes to layer her lashes a bit.

On the best beauty tip she’s ever received:

The best beauty tip according to her was from her mother. According to her, confidence is the key to beauty and you can have glamorous clothes, or makeup or hair but if you aren’t confident about it then you can’t pull your look. That’s one of the best beauty tip she says her mum has given to her and this tip has worked out for her throughout.

On meditation:

She says that mediation takes many forms. Sometimes she buries herself with work and whenever she wants and feels creative she mediates. For her well-ness includes water, healthy diet and sleep.

On her favorite exercise class to boost her mood:

Priyanka states that she is someone who likes to swim and would do laps between 15-20. It boosts her mood and makes her feel super energetic.

On her biggest beauty regret:

Just like us all Priyanka has also made a mistake in her life of thinking that more was better and that’s not true, trends have changed now and today just like Chopra we swear by a tiny, mascara, lip color and neutral eyeshadow. We all have changed, we all have evolved.

On her secret to brilliant eyebrows:

Priyanka loves bushy brows. She states that thick and bushy brows are the trend and one should have them made specifically shaped. They are important for they shape and frame the face.

Secret of her hair:

She says that her hair care journey is super personal and she is very much into it. Chopra is launching her hair care line “Anomaly.” She claims and swears by its shampoo and conditioner as its clean, vegan and cruelty free. There are absolutely no sulfates in it. It has jojoba oil and avocado in it which are considered to be good food for your hair. Scalp massages are also beneficial and she takes them at least once a week, she also says that hair oil is necessary, it leaves one’s hair feeling healthier and shinier from the root.
