Rami Raja was seen briefing the Nation about how New Zealand offered to reschedule tour to Pakistan, it was a strange situation. As, committee members and fans told him to turn down the offer in protest, however, Ramiz stated that Pakistan shouldn’t do that. Instead they should accept the offer and keep their own terms. Unfortunately, more news of the tour is to be come next week but till then we have to wait and find out the terms and conditions. The damage done by the exit of New Zealand will not be repaired however, we can also gain advantage and try to have strict terms and conditions that would damage the latter too incase, they decide to not come or leave again. It is because of New Zealand that British players too jumped on the bandwagon and decided not to go. Ian Watmore made this decision without considering the idea’s and thoughts of the players and players’ association for which reason, he came under immense criticism and resigned. Mr Wasim Khan’s name is being mentioned repeatedly as a replacement of Wasim Khan. When the tours got cancelled, it was National T20 Cup which gave a chance to Pakistan players to truly prepare themselves for this month’s Twenty20 World Cup.
