The 29 year old American singer Taylor Swift is the world’s top-earning celebrity, according to the latest Forbes’ list of highest-paid celebrities.
According to Forbes, the ‘Me’ singer earned $185 million in pre-tax income over the past year.
It’s the second time the singer topped Forbes’ highest-paid celebrity 100 list. She was also ranked on top in 2016 with $170 million and the only artist to ever rank on top twice.
Swift earned $15 million more than the second ranked star on the latest Forbes’ list, Kylie Jenner who earned $170 million. Rounding on the top 10: Kayne West, who made $150 million, Argentine Soccer star Lionel Messi made $127 million, Ed Sheeran $110 million, Cristiano Ronaldo earned $109 million, Brazilian soccer pro Neymar ($105 million), The Eagles ($100 million), Dr. Phil McGraw ($95) and Mexican boxer Canelo Alvarez ($94 million).
On the work front, the singer-songwriter will release her seventh studio album, Lover, on 23rd August 2019 and is expected to announce her next tour soon.
